Return Eligibility Rules
All returned/exchanged goods must remain brand new, unused, and unworn, with original tags, labels and stickers fully intact attached to the item.
Worn, stained, damaged merchandise, or products missing original tags will be sent back to the buyer at the buyer’s own shipping cost, with zero refund issued.
Women’s swimwear is returnable only if its original sanitary protective liner remains intact and unremoved.
Final sale non-returnable categories: Underwear, fully customized & personalized made-to-order items.
Buyers bear full risk of lost return parcels. You must request a tracking number from your courier when sending back returned goods for proof of shipment.
